Erick Janisse, CO, CPed joined OHI in 2026 as the Director of Training and Education.  Prior to coming to OHI, he spent eight years as a dedicated educator with another well-known footwear manufacturer.  Erick is one of the co-founders of, and former Program Director for, the Midwest School of Modern Pedorthics. Prior to moving into education full time, he practiced clinical pedorthics and orthotics for over 25 years with his father and brother.  Erick has a passion for teaching and has been heavily involved in both precert and continuing education throughout his career.  He has served as faculty for courses and symposia hosted by Washington University, Ball State University, Scott & White Healthcare, the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and many other organizations and institutions. Erick has been invited to speak and teach across the US and internationally. He is also a respected author with several publishing credits to his name.
